Upgrading to our NEW email system

OverCoffee is always trying to improve our user experience. Recent upgrades to our new Email System will combat email delays, improve spam protection, and enhance the Internet Webmail interface. These changes will require each email user to adjust how they log into Internet Webmail, or adjust the settings in their Email Client Software (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.).

Important Note: Do not follow the instructions below, or adjust your working settings unless you have been instructed to do so by an OverCoffee Help Desk team member.
