Before changing any settings,
select Send/Receive > Send/Receive All
to retrieve all emails from the current server.

When the Send/Receive process has completed, select
Tools > Account Settings...

Double-click your account or Select your account and click the Change... button

Change Incoming mail server: to mail1.overcoffee.com. Change Outgoing mail server: to mail1.overcoffee.com
Change User Name: to match your full email address (me@mywebsite.com). Click More Settings ...

Change Outgoing server (SMTP): to 25. Click OK

Click Test Account Settings ...
If all tests complete successfully, click Close, Next, OK and Finish.

If Outlook was unable to Send a test e-mail message,
Click More Settings ..., Advanced tab, and change Outgoing server (SMTP): from 25 to 2500. Click OK and test again by clicking the Test Account Settings ...
