SelfServe The on-going management of a website can be time consuming and expensive. We've created our own site management software called SelfServe to alleviate these problems. We started writing our SelfServe site management software three years ago to automate the typical tasks associated with managing our web hosting business. We focused first on creating a core system and designing specific applications for the tasks that were highly technical and consumed a lot of tech support time. From there, we expanded SelfServe into other aspects of managing our hosting servers. As SelfServe evolved, we discovered that our web development clients could use it to self administer the interactive applications on their sites. Today, we provide all our clients with a log-in username and password to their own area of the SelfServe control panel. Our clients use SelfServe to make changes to their hosting services and update their interactive web pages. Making site updates with SelfServe is as easy as submitting an on-line form. All of our interactive applications can be managed using our unique SelfServe site management software.  | Home |
