I just want to thank all of you for the absolutely great service you maintained while dealing with the unimaginable problems you guys were facing. When all of the flooding was going on there, back here in West Virginia on top of a hill, we could only TRY to picture what was going on in Cedar Rapids. When we see the pictures it is just beyond what we could ever imagine.
